Open ai platform - Cannot sync organisation to members

Hello,

We have recently bought a TEAM licence and created a workspace. I have been added as an owner.

When logging into the open ai platform on my account, the Organisation is not available to select. Through your documentation I am to understand that I need to be invited on the open ai platform also.

The problem is none of is is able to login as the organisation on the open ai platform to send invites.

The original owner who has purchased the licence is being prompted to upgrade licence so there is something not right with our accounts backend.

I have tried contacting support, but I am getting generic responses which is not resolving the issue. I really need someone to check our accounts on the backend.

We all signed in via Google. And one thing to note is that when trying to reset passwords, we are not recieving the email reset notification and cannot login with our google credentials - can only login via google.

Unfortunately, the Developer Forum is unable to access account details.

Support is the correct method to get assistance for this.

You need to find out the email /login details for whoever created the Teams main account. It may have been created with a Microsoft or Google login.

Thanks for the reply.

It turns out there was some confusion on our part with the licensing.

It was assumed buying a Team license covered us with the API also. But open ai, API requires to setup pay-as-you billing. So the organisation setup via chat GPT does not stretch to open ai platform as originally thought.
