I am experiencing the same problem and also tried troubleshooting (different browsers, different PCs)
Same issue, I’ve gone through all the steps and even asked Chat GPT to help me after the support team provided steps didn’t work. I get the error on my work computer with my enterprise account. I can still access from my personal computer from my Plus account. But, of course I can’t use GPTs created outside my work space for work!

Hey! It seems that issue GPT suddenly can’t read files in its knowledge base has resurfaced since I tried to build a custom GPT but it’s responses indicate that it isn’t able to read the information in its knowledge base. This workflow used to work without any issues.
