Hey folks. I really love Omni Moderation API for my student project. For some reason API / token usage in dashboard doesn’t work for like 2 months now. I basically see 0 usage. Would you anyone from Support be so kind and fix it ?

Hey @dannyboytrading, yeah that’s kind of unusual. The usage dashboard shouldn’t show 0 if you’re actively using the Omni Moderation API.
We’d recommend reaching out to support@openai.com so the support team can take a closer look. They’ll be in the best spot to investigate what’s going on and help get it sorted.

I guess a message from the user OpenAI_Support can only recommend other action be taken by the real support?
