Same here. I tried from two different accounts in our organization, after doing the ID process withpersona says “It failed”, and if I enter again it will say Link expired. Trying to regenerate a link for the verification nothing happens, and devtools shows this call:

My Persona ID check shows as completed, but the OpenAI dashboard still tells me to verify my organization. The ‘verify’ button sends me to a Persona link that no longer works / just loops. Could you please reset my verification or manually mark the organization as verified? Its been days and ive tried different browsers/refreshing link and nothing has worked. Thank you!

Same issue here. Verified on persona aand got the green check mark. On OpenAI Dashboard i still need to verify but session link is not working/expired
