My organisation paid $62 the 24th of October, and we’re still on tier 1. According to OpenAI they’re supposed to bump us 7 days after $50 is paid, and it’s really annoying due to being capped.
Does anyone have any help to provide, such as we can bump the organisation to Tier 2 at least - Preferably more …
I’m looking into this for you, we can’t actually manage or deal with account issues on the devloper forum as we are all volenteers, but I know this was an issue for a while and I’m getting some clarrification on it.
