My Organization restricted to Tier 1

I have the same issue than here:

Even tho we are a paying account and already spend more than the required amount we do not upgrade to the next tier.

@dschnurr I think you have solve this earlier, maybe you can help us as well.

At the bottom of the limits page there’s an option to “Request an Exception” you could try:

You could also try buying API credits which apparently count towards your spend immediately to go towards the minimum spend per tier.

Yes buying some API credits solved it.
