Hi, As an organisation backed by Entrepreneur First, we are grateful to have a $1K API Spend (and we are getting $9K extra next month), but unfortunately are heavily restricted with what we are able to do due to the Tier 1 limitations which are only lifted when you’re a paid user, which is counter-productive of the initiative and offering. To date, over a month we have only managed to spend $39 of the $1K due to the Tier limitations, and what we are able to actually do with the token restricti…

Even tho we are a paying account and already spend more than the required amount we do not upgrade to the next tier.

@dschnurr I think you have solve this earlier, maybe you can help us as well.

At the bottom of the limits page there’s an option to “Request an Exception” you could try: https://platform.openai.com/account/limits

You could also try buying API credits which apparently count towards your spend immediately to go towards the minimum spend per tier.
