No support from OpenAI for subscription problem

I struggle to get support from OpenAi about my ChatGTP subscription. I am using the Chatbot box but have not received a reply for multiple days. I want to call someone, but there is no phone number.

I belive that tey have automated so much that I am in a software loop. Has anyone found a way to get an answer and is getting the company looking into their problem properly?

I’m asking support from many days because my Team Profile doesn’t work but no reply from OpenAI. This is an awful experience for people that have paid for something that doesn’t work. If you have found a working way for support, please help me. In the support box the reply is that the ticked will be processed within 3 days but I’m still waiting after an entire week… I would open a claim but It’s like a wall. They are quick to get money from the credit card but support doesn’t exists for now (in my incredible and awful experience).

I once got a reply months later, after my issue had resolved itself.

It is absurd to think that a paid TEAM profile has such a problem that it is impossible to share information in the workspace. Each member is unable to share. Like buying a car that can’t move. The scandalous thing is that the support doesn’t work at all. A serious company should respond more efficiently. Instead they leave customers without any kind of response.
