I have a sequence of questions I would like to set up in ChatGPT so that my students can brainstorm topics and other such. The questions file is under 20KB. I need to know what the cost for storing that file and other files like it will be. And then I need to know how to set the whole thing up so that my students can use it.

You just need to do a custom GPT it costs 20$ usd per month for a plus membership

If your school will pay for a plus account they could share custom GPT with a classroom plus account. Then the whole class can see you direct it or interact with it through you as the guide.
$40 a month for two plus accounts. You can also do two seat team account but that is $60 a month plus $30 per extra seat
