Hi, i have managed to cancel my plan but cannot find the billing option to request a refund. Whenever i click on the widget it just takes me to a bot which gives me options but no ability to submit a request or type my question. If anyone could help that would be great.

Same here, it is frustrating, there is no option, I am trying all day. This should´t be allowed. The service is not working much more than the free version. I want my refund, not paying 750 usd for a restricted service. Even google give more outputs.
