Hi, I purchased $10 api credit back in Sep. 27. I checked it today and it shows my credit are expired. Based on the service term, it should be expired after a year. Could anyone help me with this?

Are you sure that it’s not that the $18 in free credits that expired and the $9.88 left is yours?
I don’t believe purchased credits just expire like that.

Ohh, my bad. I thought all my purchased credits are expired and didn’t know the grey part are the used one. Thanks for the info.
