I personally topped up $50 into my API account. Later, my colleague notified me that the API was no longer working. Upon checking, I discovered that the remaining $40 balance in my wallet had been cleared. After reviewing the consumption records, the $40 was definitely not used by our team.
When I checked my billing history, I noticed a subscription labeled “02/2024–02/2025” had expired. Could this mean my $40 balance expired along with the subscription? I would appreciate clarification on this issue.
