My OpenAI account is deactivated and help.openai.com does not work

Last Friday (2025.12.5) when I try OpenAI personal identification (for better model availability), the third-party identification page crashed immediately after I try to open it, and shortly I receive an email sent by OpenAI:

Hello,

OpenAI’s terms and policies restrict the use of our services in a number of areas. We have identified activity in your OpenAI account that is not permitted under our policies.

As a result of these violations, we are deactivating your access to our services immediately for the account associated with Personal (Organization ID: org-P030ziONXnENWjlDdIKAFHuk).

Best,
The OpenAI team

Since I have not even submit anything, I believe this deactivation must be an error of the system, so I try the official customer service provided in help.openai.com. (I also try to sent an email to support@openai.com but did not get any response).

After I submit ticket in help.openai.com, I’ve receive the human response (seems to be) once, but the chat finallly ends with “We couldn’t find your account“ which makes the chat session over, so I just start over a new ticket. However, New chat still ends with ”We couldn’t find your account“ regardless of what I input in the chat box.

Since there seems to be no other way to get contacted with OpenAI customer service I think I can only start over again. That is frustrating. I really hope the OpenAI customer support can be more professional so we can get help.

I’m not sure if the “We couldn’t find your account“ problem occured because I am not logged in in the help.openai.com, but that’s the only status I can submit the ticket: after I logged in, I even cannot send any messages in help.openai.com, only “There was an error while generating the assistant’s response” error, I guess this may be caused since my account is deactivated, so now I’m in a deadloop.
