2 days ago I used the new audio function.
I asked Chat GPT to reduce record crackle for a piano sound (.wav).
Instead of doing this, the DB level was increased x 10.
Had my external speakers were plugged in, they would have blown. My ears would be toast.
After 2 days, no one has bothered to respond to my messages.
This is a health hazard. It should be addressed.
And why is Open AI disrespecting customers like this? I pay to subscribe. Yet Open AI is too lazy to provide adequate support.
I’m guessing my best option is legal action. Does anyone have the best contact for that dept?
