I purchased 115 credits last night, used maybe 5 of those, and this morning I had to buy more? Anyone else had this issue?

Nearly the same to me.
Open AI sended the reminder mail on 5.of October . My credits will expire in the next 3 Months and now 15 Day later my paid Credits are gone. What’s about the 3 Months I had to use my credits? There is something wrong.

For account related issues please use OpenAI Help Centre in the bottom right corner is a message icon. 
click the icon and enter your issue, the bot will take your details and a member of the account support team will get back to you, it may take several weeks due to the number of people currently using the system.

My credits are gone as well…is a scam…they are taking our money…and try customer service and you have to ‘deal’ witha dumb terminal!

I had over 34,000 credits and they disappeared, how can I get help?

We can’t do anything with accounts directly here. You are best to contact support@openai.com (email) or visit help.openai.com and use the icon in the bottom right corner to access the support system.
May I ask what the 34,000 credit were for? The OpenAI API has a dollar based monetary account system and credits were last used, i think, with DALL-E, quite some time ago.

Same here. Yesterday I had over 2000 plus credits in OPEN ART and today I only left with 22??? I feel like this is a scam!!! and I don’t know how to report and where to report this issue!
You may want to carefully examine the URL in your browser, and verify you are on the correct site for the right company. Credits on OpenAI are valued in US Dollars.
This Topic from 2022 (which can be closed on the forum) is about DALL-E 2 on labs.openai.com, where different credits were purchased in increments of 115 credits, and then this forum topic’s followup replies seem to all merely by confused people in the wrong place.
