I have a habit of recording the reset date for my Codex CLI weekly limit, and I’ve noticed several times that the date gets delayed. This time it’s particularly frustrating — the reset moved from 08:43 on 11 Nov to 10:14 on 13 Nov. Could you explain whether this is intentional or a bug?
