On the advanced feature where the 5-hour limit's reset time changes every "5 hours"

I contacted support, and they told me the balance (usage amount) itself was “not an issue.” What I actually wanted to know, though, was why the reset time for the same 5-hour limit shows as 12:10 on one screen and 14:09 on another. On that point, I got no comment at all.

Is this perhaps a “feature” where both times are somehow equally correct? If so, I suppose I’ll just have to accept it as some kind of quantum time management. Or is it simply that one screen is reading local time and the other is reading server time, and nobody’s bothered to check?

But honestly, this isn’t just a joke. I’m scheduling my use of a paid service based on the time shown to me. If that time is off by nearly two hours depending on the page, then I genuinely don’t know when the limit will actually lift, which makes it impossible to plan my work.

Getting the balance calculation right is certainly important, but leaving the reset time — the information about when I can actually use the service again — inaccurate is not something I can just overlook as a paying customer. I’m not asking you to simply “sync the clocks” and call it good; I’m asking for accurate information.

Since this community report has remained unanswered for several weeks, I’ve now filed the same issue as a GitHub bug report:
