I’ve been using codex 5.5 Medium for 8 months on my Plus sub, til 2 weeks ago i used to hit 5h limit but i NEVER hit the weekly usage limit even once, yesterday after a break i tried doing my usual workflow and i hit the weekly limit in 1 evening, apart from that, when i went to check my weekly reset it said the 12th around 18:51 pm, i checked it again after a few hours and it went up to 19:59 pm and today it’s at 20:07 pm, and i have screenshots of that, how is it possible that the same workflow (even less) that never hit weekly limit once now it’s spent on 3 hours and the reset keeps being pushed back without even touching anything? isn’t this just pure scam atp? Please be transparent with this.

If this is still happening, please email support@openai.com so the unexpected usage and changing reset time can be reviewed. Include the screenshots you mentioned, when each was taken including your timezone, and whether you’re using Codex through the desktop app, IDE extension, CLI or web.
