My chatgpt stuck in thinking , even the chat already stop. HELP!

and now even I try open new chat , still network error , anyone know how to fix this ?

Could you share a little more information, such as how long has this been happening and what have you already tried? it looks like you´re using ChatGPT web, if so, which browser are you using?

If the issue continues, you can also report it directly in ChatGPT under Profile > Help > Report a bug.

I upload a zip file from chatgpt generate , and then chatgpt start analyze and work out , I saw chatgpt doing a long long job , still haven’t end , system show reach capacity few time. But I keep trying , until the project stuck in finding fix product … no matter how I try stop , upload again , still show network error.
But I open other project I done before and chat , it work. so weird

Thanks for clarifying. That’s strange since your other Project works.

Have you tried creating a completely new Project and uploading the same ZIP there?
