Hi,
My CHATGPT doesn’t work and show error message.
I can Attach documents and then when I ask something to do, I have received the error message(oops, error occurred!).
what should I do?

This error has been happening for the past two days.
I’ve tried using all three models: GPT-4o, GPT-40 mini, and GPT-4 logged into my account and using Incognito mode and no account. I’m somewhat surprised that this outage is not being widely reported.

I am having the same issue just a couple days it was working fine
It appears it is a Chrome issue was able to working in FireFox nothing has changed in my environment so it can only be something to do with ChatGpt
its all over search this problem.

I had to ask chatgpt how to get here and where to see if others are having an issue.

Chatgpt chat window should have a feedback mechanism for issues like this!

I’m experiencing an issue; it’s different from yours. But ChatGPT is unable to generate a table format for the information provided. It only displays “analyzing.”

The same. It seams GPT opens a side window, and this crash the System.
Do tell GPT not to open a canvas not help.
