Multiple payments but no access to GPT-4 API

I’ve made multiple successful payments with credit card, but have still no access to GPT-4. Not in the playground, neither with API. Why? What should I do to get it?

Yes, I know, it is rolled out in batches - but hey it is end of September! What is going wrong with my account?

I really believe they have been cherry picking application developers first with apps they find interesting
