I have the same issue I am a paid customer (API) for a few months now on a personal account, no gpt-4 access whatsoever. Is something wrong with my account?
Hm, I looked into my billing history and billing is zero… strange.
I am not sure if this is your case but if your API usage does not amount to some minimum value (e.g. > $1 USD), it will not reflect in your billing page.
GPT-4 access was granted to all developers with >$1 paid invoice before July. If (for whatever reason) you weren’t part of this batch, all remaining developers should get access at the end of the month.
