Model Not found on Chatgpt

Hello,

I’m getting “Model not found” when doing any conversation searches right now. Is anyone else getting this error?

Same issue. Only happened on Chrome. When I tried the same operation on Edge, no error was reported.

Same here. I’m getting model not found error for nearly 2 hours now, both on desktop app and the website. And the gpt app is working fine on my phone. I don’t know why but I’ve contacted support.

Hi,

me too, I’ve tried everything but it’s not working on my iPad/iphone or browser

Yes, same here. Started last night. Ran all the diagnostics several times and put in several help bot requests, so hopefully they’ll sort it out soon as htere seem to be a lot of us having this issue. It doesn’t work on iOS, Chrome, Edge or Safari ofr me on all chats, new and old and private/incognito pages make no difference.

This happens because your browser’s time zone doesn’t match your IP address, which makes ChatGPT flag your connection as suspicious. Just install a Chrome extension to change your browser’s time zone to match your IP address, then refresh the page.

Thanks for your solution.I have to finish a PPT with it tonight:joy:

我在客户端遇到了这个问题,网页端可以正常使用,可以教教我怎么解决吗

That is not the case for me and the problem is unfortunately still persisting.

I directly changed the time zone in my computer’s setting options and it worked. If the browser extension is not enough, perhaps this can help.

did you leave it on a different timezone? because i refreshed and it didn’t work. :frowning:

Yep, I had to leave it on a different time zone. I’m very confused, and while my desktop app has recovered, it turns out that the website is still having the problem…

Ah, ok. I am using website, which is not working. Chaning timezone made no difference. Will try app. Do you use VPN or something, because I am not…

Hmm that’s really strange. Now changing timezone works on Chrome for me too. And yes I am using VPN proxy…

me too,i hope somebody help us:sob:
