I had this same kind of issue. Transferring from plus to business and migrating all history and everything disappeared. Why they just dont remove migration if it dont work. I emailed to support hope they can help. this is nightmare.
I had this issue too, but I had chats trickle in everyday for a little over a week until it was done.
Same problem here, but essentially i lost my Projects, i heard that projects canāt be recoverable ? any info about this guys ?

Just lost most of my (important) data. Especially the most recent conversation (missing around 2 months). How can I contact support for this?
Just upgraded from Plus to Team and I while it migrated some history I am missing the last few months of chat data. Several days in and support has been useless, asking me to clear my cache, send a screen recording of missing data, and produce network logs of conversations that no longer exist. Four exchanges in, nobody has acknowledged this is a backend migration issue or even appeared to read what I wrote.
@duckworth: I just experienced the same during the migration from Plus to Business (formerly Teams) - only ancient chats were migrated, all chats from the last several months were just deleted / not taken over.
As you describe, the support was not willing or able to help or to escalate this misbehaviour - I got the same useless questions and the support kept repeating that āvery old chatsā may be deleted during migration (which is actually documented somewhere deep in the documentation), which however does not match my case at all - in my case, all recent chats were lost (recent meaning from the last six months or so), while older chats were migrated just fineā¦
Unfortunately, thereās no big fat warning before the migration starts that thereās a relevant likelyhood that most relevant data will just not be migrated at all⦠![]()
Yeah, even after persisting with support they claimed they redid the migration of my data to my workspace but the last few months of chats never migrated.
agh. same thing just happened to me. Have reached out to support. I onlay have conversations ofr up to Aug 5th. This is disheartening.
Literally the same thing just happened to me⦠I upgraded to business account⦠and ALL of my most recent chats weāre gone⦠6+ monthsā¦
