Moved to Business Account - All my projects and GPTs deleted and told nothing can be done

Not too sure where to post this as unfortunately responses from support have been lackluster.’

After being a plus subscriber for over a year I moved over to business. My intention was to merge my GPTs and projects over to the business account.

I initiated this process but it turns out that none of my projects or GPTs appeared once moved over and all responses so far from support have said that nothing can be done. Worse than that, they said they had to wait two to three days for a response for an escalation.

This isn’t satisfactory at all, as my business is highly dependent on my custom GPTs and projects, and I simply do not have the time and wouldn’t know where to start in order to set them up again. At this point, I’m very tempted to simply move to another vendor if this is the way that OpenAI treats customers, where they’ve seemingly deleted all my data and said there’s nothing that can be done.

I’m not sure if anybody else has similar experience but I’m hoping that OpenAI will respond promptly to this. This is an awful start to say the least when moving to a business account and now I’m extremely hesitant to move any of my team members over if OpenAI will simply just delete all existing projects and GPTs.

Same thing just happened to me. I had some pretty meaty custom projects set up and was never warned they would be deleted. Pretty frustrated.
