Message Exceeded quota

Hi guys, I went to test a few questions provided by our medical advisors and it told me I have exceeded quota, I have hardly used it so doubt I have, anything i can do ? TIA

Perfect thank you for the quick reply, I realized the free credit expired June 1st, I had only used 0.69 out of 18. I will email through now.
