Login issue - one-time password required

Yes, at least that was the solution. Worked for me too. Thank you…
I thought one plugin caused the mess, but never thought opneai could ask for it

glad it worked… i serendipitously ran into the solution going through my phone… the hint was that when i tried to log in with my phone was that it added the code automatically. i had this issue for over a week!

Hi folks – as a few people have discovered above, it sounds like there is some confusion during 2FA setup, particularly for folks that scan a QR code on their iOS device using the camera app.

Please check Settings > Passwords > OpenAI on your device and look for a verification code. If found, enter that on the “Verify your identity” screen during login.

The thing is why do you ask people who doesn’t even set up the 2FA at all. I’m still not able to login and keep paying. I can’t even login to the app to cancel my subscription.

Hi Guys
I had the same issue, but I switched browsers from chrome to safari and used my finger print for one-time password. This worked… Later I went to my account and Disable 2FA
Now its working in chrome and Safari Both
Hope this helps
Cheers!

Same issue here. I’ve tried it all. I never used it on my iPhone, so that option isn’t available to me. I did the Google SSO, the problem is, Google signs me in with my personal gmail and I signed up for the plus account with my business email address, so when it lets me in, it’s not the Plus account, it’s the free account because it doesn’t recognize me. So frustrating!
