Trying to test a plugin running on localhost. It seems to be fairly random as to whether or not the network request will be made.
The box will come up - but there’s no call being made to the API.

For what it’s worth, I see the same behavior. This thread indicates it’s a temporary issue with localhost today, but it seems you had this issue 5 days ago - did it start working again later.
I think it’s working now. But I’ve been testing my deployed version recently so will need to check localhost.
