You say this forum is not for ChatGPT support(^) but there is no place to open the ticket. BRAVO, OpenAI.

As others I faced with some CAP(what was not declared during setting the subscriptions) and trust to company was crashed…

questions:

  1. Is that legal? Could you share the topic in terms about that?
  2. How?What can guarantee we will not face the same issue using API? We wanted to build some business based on GPT4 features and now we’re confused…

If somebody knows where can I get answers for these questions, please share it. I guess OpenAI will keep silence…

Also, please share some alternatives. I need GPT-4 Assistance Functionality

You can create a support ticket at OpenAI Help Center. In the bottom right corner, there is a button you can press to create a ticket.
