I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to report an issue I encountered while attempting to download the template file provided by the OpenAI Assistant. When trying to download the file named “Plantilla_Requerimientos_Modulo.xlsx,” I encountered the following error message: “Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/Plantilla_Requerimientos_Modulo.xlsx.”

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Accessed the provided link for downloading the template.
2. Clicked on the download link for “Plantilla_Requerimientos_Modulo.xlsx.”

Expected Result:

The file should download successfully without any errors.

Actual Result:

Received an error message: “Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/Plantilla_Requerimientos_Modulo.xlsx.”

Additional Information:

• Browser used: Opera gx, Chrome
• Operating System: win 10, win 11
