Hello,

I am encountering issues with generating download links for files via the OpenAI platform. Each time I attempt, I receive an error message stating “File not found”. I have tried clearing the cache, restarting my PC, changing browsers, and disabling the firewall, but the problem persists.

Here are the specific details:

  • File type: Word Document (.docx)
  • File path: /mnt/data/Test_Document.docx
  • Error message: “File not found”
  • Resolution attempts: Clearing the cache, restarting the PC, changing browsers, disabling the firewall.

Do you try to download the file immediately after it is created or is there a time lag?

In my case, I download them immediately, and it always shows the same error message: File not found
