I’m reaching out to seek some community advice regarding an issue I’ve encountered in my team workspace on ChatGPT Plus. We’ve set up a workspace and are facing challenges with BOT editing permissions.
Here’s what’s happened: I’ve added two team members to our workspace, and they’re using their personal accounts which have ChatGPT 3.5. I’ve created a BOT and shared it with them, designating them as “owners,” which I believed would give them full editing rights.
Surprisingly, though they have “owner” status and can access the BOT, they’re unable to edit the GPT prompts associated with it.
Has anyone faced a similar situation, or could provide insights into why this might be happening? Are we missing a step, or is there an additional setting that needs to be adjusted?
