Issue with ChatGPT Plus – Only Access to GPT-4

Hello, everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I’m currently paying for the service, but I only have access to GPT-4 and not the additional features I used to have.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how did you fix it? I’d appreciate any advice or guidance.

Also, if someone from OpenAI support sees this, I’d love to know if there’s a solution or if this is a temporary issue.
