Ongoing Issues with ChatGPT Plus Subscription – Need Help

Hi everyone,

I’m a graduate student and have been using ChatGPT Plus for a while, but I’ve run into some persistent issues with the service and am hoping to get some advice or guidance from the community.

Since November 27th, 2023, I’ve been unable to access key features that come with my subscription, including GPT-4, image generation, file uploads, and network search. The responses I receive are quite poor, resembling the capabilities of the 3.5 models (e.g., 4o-mini), rather than the expected performance of GPT-4.

I’ve tried a range of troubleshooting steps, such as clearing my browser cache, logging out, switching networks, and using both desktop and mobile versions of ChatGPT, but the issue persists when accessing it through browsers. Interestingly, the mobile app functions correctly, but the same limitations show up in the browser on both Android and iOS devices.

It seems like my account might have been inadvertently downgraded, but I haven’t been able to resolve it on my own. I’d really appreciate it if anyone here has experienced similar issues or has any suggestions on how to fix it.
