Has anyone recieved feedback from support? besides cleaning cache? or there is no answer from them?
i email the support, but they always say clear cache and bla bla bla.
which is doesnt work, the problem still exist even i do their instruction!

I am PLUS and can not use image analysis on my PC browsers (Edge/Chrome/Safari), but it works on my iPhone.
This problem happened since I bought the Plus 4 days ago.
Can you please come to their discord server pf OpenAI and make that support member understand that even Safari has this issue? That guy is hell bent on proving his Safari is out of this world and so everything is fine
Iāve emailed the support a couple of times, and all they gave were GPT generated templated responses. And in every reply I ask them to take a look at the bugs forum to see how widespread the issue has been.
same with me - replies rcvd but not satisfactory
actual support guy assumes its a user end issue - change browser - empty cache whereas the gpt is unable to share a link to the files they have on the system in the virtual environment at there servers

OPenAI please resolve the issue of Image analysis and processing. It is really frustrating and please update about this problem atleast.

OpenAI really messed something up. More and more people with Plus subscriptions are getting this bug, and it started last week. They still havenāt fixed it. I think itās tied to account because Iāve tried different browsers, OS, and even different IPs. And it only works on Android (except Android 15) and iOS.
I wonder if the Macbooks are functioning properly?
