Why is the “Help” site exactly like a phone call to a customer service line that drops you into a labyrinth of “press this number for this…press that number for that…” then you end up back at 0? And if you are lucky enough to get through to a person, they don’t have any authority to actually provide the help you seek?

The support team probably has a ton of requests most of which are repeating questions so they probably have the current system to save a lot of time and resources.
Of course this is not always ideal from a customer standpoint.
