The first line of support can be found at help.openai.com.
They also have a chatbot that can escalate your tickets to Level 2 support.
If you don’t want to wait for a response, you can post your questions here as well. However, since this is the Developer Community, you’re more likely to receive answers related to building with OpenAI.
