Is the Tier upgrade automatic or do I need to request approval?

Hello! My org meets the criteria to upgrade to a higher tier. We’ve spent $100 on credits to go to Tier 3 for the rate limit increase. Is this something that I need to apply our company for or does this happen automatically? It’s been over 7 days since the credits have been applied.

The second sentence above is the correct action needed. The problem will be if you already paid in the maximum tier-1 balance of $100, you will need to make $5+ dollars of usage in order to add any other payment.
