I’m experiencing an issue with my account’s tier upgrade. I recently purchased $100 worth of API credits and have now waited 7 days, but my account still hasn’t moved up to tier 3 as I was expecting.
Here are some details about my situation:
- Purchase Amount: $100 in API credits
- Time Since Purchase: 7 days
- Expected Outcome: An automatic upgrade to tier 3 based on my spending
- Current Status: My account still appears to be at a lower tier
I’ve double-checked that the credits were successfully added and that my payment method is verified. I also reviewed the billing documentation and similar forum threads, but haven’t found a clear answer as to why my tier hasn’t been updated.
