Invalid api key on wordpress site

Hello to all
I use chatgpt and dall-e on my website using a few wordpress plugins, and connecting my own api key. But today, unlike usual, I see the following errors; While no changes have been made to my account or site:

OpenAI returned empty response for this request. Please try again

The OpenAI key is invalid. Make sure you have entered the correct key.

I emphasize again that no changes have been made to the plugins or the server and my account is charged.

If your account is good, and you’ve tried a new key, I would reach out to the WordPress Plugin support … there’s been changes recently, and maybe they haven’t kept up?

If you know your API key is good, the only thing you can do is reach out the Plug-in developer for support. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

I don’t think it’s a problem with the plugin. Because two new versions of this plugin were released today and I updated the plugin as well. Also, this plugin is one of several plugins that I am using and other plugins have the same problem.

Sounds like it’s your account or API key then.

This is an error message from the plug-in not OpenAI, I believe…

where to check the php logs?
which folder in file manager?

I have removed the payment method from my account, but my account is charged. Could this be the reason I’m getting the errors?
