I have seen another person with no usage and an increasing bill, I would suggest contacting the help site to log the issue.

I just encrypted API in my app, but the weird thing is, if it gets hacked after I remove the API key from my account, it should stop. However, my billing is increasing with no usage of the token.

Can a regular Dall-e user report if the usage of that platform (that also comes from API money) has any record of its usage? I don’t even see a category for it for daily usage. One can also try out a removed key on that and see if they overlooked the deletion of API keys as a lockout on that platform. I’ll make some experimentation requests myself if nobody has more to suggest. Maybe other bugs exist in recording usage in uncommon models, such as those that were free beta for a while.
Another thing that might help higher-tier support (if you ever reach them) is to have your application always add a “user” parameter (or special prefix to that user field if you are already identifying your clients) that distinctly identifies your authorized application calls with information that the misuse can’t know.
