Inquiry Regarding Expiration of Paid Credits

I purchased credits using a credit card, and these credits were fully paid for. However, I have noticed that some of these credits have expired after one year despite not being used.

Could you please confirm whether it is OpenAI’s policy that credits purchased via credit card are subject to expiration after a fixed period? If so, I would appreciate clarification on where and how this policy is clearly communicated during the payment process.
