Suppose I take out an OpenAI Enterprise contract. It is clear that what I do with the Chat-interface is covered (no use of prompts for training, etc.). But does the same hold for the use of the API? I could not find this in the documentation. On the website it is called “ChatGPT Enterprise” and not “OpenAI Enterprise” or “GPT Enterprise”, so I’d like to find out.
This has always been the case with the API.
Also, ChatGPT (regardless of level) is an entirely separate product than the API and your ChatGPT subscription (regardless of level) has no bearing on anything related to your use of the API.
