I was billed even though my account was deleted

When I made my first account, I used my job-email to sign up. This was a mistake, since e-mail can not be updated later. My only choice was to delete the old account and make a new.

I waited until the end of the billig period, and requested a delete on november 20. They still charged me for a new month on november 23. Today, november 24, the account can no longer be logged into.

Does anybody know how I raise this issue? I wish to be refunded and assured that they will not charge me any more.
