False charges and deactivated account

I received two false charges from OpenAI after that my account was deactivated, when i try to login im getting this error message:

You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

Im trying to get access to support billing but i need to login.

Has anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?
