i tried several times but i cannot access gpt-4 any more, i’m a plus user and i haven’t use gpt-4 for several days.
do anyone have the same problem?

Same problem. You can send a picture first to activate gpt4 but this still sucks.

Also I can’t Create any Images and Only my Vision is Working 
Bro, ChatGPT plus ate my 20$ for this.
Wait for any updates or Email, OpenAI will Solve this server ErRoR in future.
