I haven’t made a single photo since February 9th. It’s so frustrating that I keep asking and only get replies from bots.
I think we’re only two persons with the same issue and so they don’t care.
For me it’s been two weeks.
The support is helpless and you never know if it’s a reassuring bot or human that is answering.
They only react with a vague answer if I ask feedback.
It’s definitely linked to the account, because with another account I can generate from the same device and browser.
I canceled my plus subscription until it’s solved…
