It hangs everytime I return to my browser, I then have to clear cookies for both openai and chatgpt to be able to login again, it’s frustrating and obviously reaching out to support is a complete waste of time

I can’t even log in anymore, just hangs, tried to get support again but it’s a total waste of time, I’ll just have to cancel my subscription and find another service at this point. Pathetic when a company views it’s customer base as an inconvenience.
Yeah, this is really becoming an issue. I thought it was something with Google intergration but it just grinds and never opens no matter what.
Does anyone have a solution ? The product we pay for is unusable

I found a workround, if you need to put your browser user agent from default into googlebot desktop, it’ll then let you log in after a restart. This is a very temporary fix as you have to clear the cache and do this every single time. OpenAI have no interest in fixing it or providing any form of customer service at all, someone on redit found the workround.
I thought it would be hard to find a company with worse customer service that Google or Facebook but it seems we have a new winner.
I’m having this problem, but only on my new Asus laptop running Windows 11 version 23H2. This doesn’t happen on my iPad or iPhone, nor does it happen on my older laptop, which was Windows 10.
I have this same issue. Works fine on my iPhone and iPad using the app. Using it in the browser on my windows desktop I have to clear the cookies to get that error to stop. Logging out and in doesn’t help. You MUST clear cookies… very inconvenient. This was not an issue until just this past week for me.
