The current Codex pricing documentation says that Go includes Codex for lightweight coding tasks, while Plus provides more capacity for focused coding sessions. The most suitable plan therefore depends on the size and frequency of your work. My personal recommendation would be to start with Go or Plus and consider Pro later if you find that you need substantially higher usage limits.
