Regarding codex usage limit. After resubcription of membership

Hi , On 4july I had exhausted my usage limit, unexpectedly and very quickly. And on 5july my subscription got ended I was transferred to free account. Then Today 6july i have re subscribed to plus membership. But my codex usage limit Is still 0%. It says I have to wait till 10july.

When I have re subscribed ,paid again for fresh service and in new week ,why my limit is not renewed.

Pls help me regarding this. My college project is due this week. I can’t afford the delay or paying again. This is the case no i have received on emailing to support. Case Number: 11044653

This sounds distressing. Have you looked into hooking it up to the API?

You can hook Codex up to the API and use credits you purchase that way to never run into a usage limit, I believe. Do you need help setting it up?
