My account has 2FA verification enabled, but the login page doesn’t show this verification. I can’t log in with my password, and I can’t contact OpenAI customer service either; your interface only shows AI replies.
Hey @hui_xie, yeah that error can definitely be confusing. From the screenshot, it looks like the login is failing because the authentication method doesn’t match the one used when the account was originally created. For example, if the account was created using Google, Microsoft, or Apple, signing in with a password will trigger that error.
